Trial Practice Problems and Case Files

Although these problems and case files are primarily designed for use with The Trial Process: Law, Tactics and Ethics, they are an excellent enhancement to any other trial technique book emphasizing skills and tactics. The Case Files can be used either as full trials or as bases for individual exercises. The Problems give exercises in areas such as Voir Dire, Opening Statement, Direct Examination and the like, to use with the various Cases. The Case Files contain selections of documents for both criminal and civil law cases involving issues such as: robbery and attempted rape; wrongful death and dram shop act; and civil rights act and police brutality. Part I contains the Problems, and Part 2 the Case Files.
