Thirty-Seven Days: The Awakening

Uplifting story of a man and his family (Marcos Avila, wife Maria, daughter Ana, son Andres and Toby, their Maltese) during an adventurous journey of faith and discovery. Story takes place over the last 37 days of the 20th Century. A journal detailing Marcos’ daily experience with his family and the“peculiar” characters he comes in contact with while doing handyman work. Many introspective moments, along with childhood recollections, hold the key to his unfolding drama. Meanwhile a familiar stranger haunts a series of mysterious dreams which lead Marcos along an unknown path towards a promise. But the journey takes him through suspenseful events that will push his faith beyond the limit of his wildest imagination. Will Marcos survive? Will his family? Is the answer in several cryptic artifacts the familiar stranger offers? Did he bargain for more than his faith could handle, or will his trust in God be vindicated?
