Vampros is a great warrior, respected by most, feared by all. Following the death of his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, by the hand of the invading army, Vampros realizes he has been cursed to eternal life without his lover, without the ability to shed tears, and with a thirst for blood that turns him into an animal. But after a few hundred years, Vampros discovers that his lover has been reborn and does so every certain number of years, giving him a new reason to live. However, his old enemies have also found a way to sustain unnatural long life, and after thousands of years they decide to viciously cause further pain to Vampros' already tortured soul.
