The Sisters

In The Sisters, the author, Joe Bakovsky, tells the story of two sisters, Eva and Adriana, who are in love with the same man, Ben Baker. The story is told through Ben's flashbacks as the story weaves from past to present.

Eva and Ben are deeply in love and plan to be married shortly. Then tragedy strikes when least expected. She nearly dies but is resuscitated. The end result is she falls into a coma. Ben seeks the comfort of Eva's sister, Adriana, and her mother, Melanie. Ben gets closer to both women and eventually discovers that Adriana had a crush on him ten years prior and still harbors feelings for him. Conversely, Ben begins to develop feelings for Adriana as they spend more time together. Ben is conflicted, as he truly loves Eva and plans on marrying her once she awakens.

The Sisters is a tale of deep passion, unyielding faith, and a twist of fate. Ben rediscovers hope and love in the face of tragedy.
