The Sabbath Truth in the Bible and Its Central Role in the Atonement

God's law defines the boundary limits of human and divine relationships; therefore, it was within the confines of the sacred Code that God in Christ ordained our redemption. The Fourth Commandment, in particular, outlines briefly God's Name or Title (God), Office (Creator), and the extent of His Jurisdiction (heaven and earth). It was this particular Code that afforded God the opportunity to act freely to redeem our race through faith in Christ. So our redemption through faith in Christ upholds the law.
