Two Audio CDs accompany Comprehensive Medical Terminology, Fourth Edition provide pronunciation practice of 2100 medical terms. Listen to the terms pronounced on the Audio CDs to reinforce correct pronunciation. The Audio CDs may be used in conjunction with the Written and Audio Terminology Review lists included at the end of each chapter in the book. Listen to each term on the CD, pronounce it, and check the box next to the term in the Review list after mastering the pronunciation. The CDs may also be used to test accuracy in transcription of medical terms. Listen to the pronunciation of terms on the Audio CDs and type them on a computer. When the list is complete check accuracy of the typed terms against the Review lists in the book.
