Second Book of Marc: Book Two of the Mezet Trilogy

Increased prosperity for the village of Mezet has brought with it unexpected problems. Marc is again called upon to seek help in neighboring lands when outsiders lay siege to Mezet. Along the way, Marc stumbles upon a much larger plot to take control of those same neighboring lands. In order to save family, friends, and Mezet's way of life, Marc must confront an army equipped with a strange weapon salvaged from a long forgotten past. Outside of Mezet's walls, he prepares to make the ultimate sacrifice from inside of the enemy's own ranks.
