Shit Happens

Shit Happens...you and I both know it does!There you go, shuffling along...work is okay, social life okay, sex-life okay, (perhaps you might try those fluffy pink handcuffs at the weekend though?) No matter. Anyway, life is...well...okay. Don't get complacent, however; sometimes things happen that make you look back with utter longing for "okay". This is the situation Sue Bury and Robin Ford find themselves in. Their lives have pottered along quite happily, a certain smugness exists in their child-free, hedonistic existence. For nearly quarter of a century they have enjoyed an uncomplicated relationship, made stronger over the years, until...yes. You guessed correctly; shit happens to them...in a big way. This would have been catastrophic in itself, but once you encounter a pile of the smelly stuff, you will notice that it attracts more of the same. Very soon, you will find yourself no longer ankle deep in it, but up to your neck. Soon you will have difficulty just breathing, never mind finding the shovel to try to dig your way out.Sue and Robin soon discover that they are not alone in the pile; two detectives are also looking for the way out, as well as a mysterious dung-dweller who appears agitated by the couple's split; but is this due to happiness or anger? Either way, somebody needs to find out some answers soon, before everyone disappears under the heaving crust...
