Journey of the Soul: The Path of Meditation

In my writings I assert that the base of all experiences whether spiritual or material lies in you. Whatever you experience that appears in your awareness, whether spiritual enlightenment, visions of God and Angels, or desires for material objects. All appears within you. You are the source of it all. This you is a conscious you. You are conscious of your existence. In this conscious experience of you, there is only the knowing of yourself as a conscious being. There is no room in this conscious being for anything other than consciousness. This experience is not dependent on your thinking mind. This experience is pure and perfect. Therefore, you in your essence as a conscious being are pure and perfect. All your original intentions are pure and perfect. You can experience this perfection during times of stillness of mind, when the thought waves of your mind have subsided, and you simply are. The conscious experience is a knowing of "I am." This is the experience of purity and perfection. This is what you were meant to be. Your being consists of a body, mind and conscious Self. Ultimately, you are not your body, and you are not your mind. As long as you identify with body and mind, you will experience the forces of good and evil, of health and sickness, of success and failure, of high and low. The conscious Self is a singular experience of simply being a conscious entity. There is no duality in this experience; you are One. In this singular experience, the Non-state, there lies the perfection of the moment from moment to moment.
