Cold Water

COLD WATER, published by Wesleyan University Press in 1967, was widely praised for its originality, poignancy and imagistic power. The poems are characterized by forthrightness, concern for the great public issues of the day but also with the hidden, dreamlike processes in each of us. Many of the poems in COLD WATER were widely anthologized.
