Thoughts of a Scientist, Citizen, and Grandpa on Climate Change: Bridging the Gap between Scientific and Public Opinion

We are now at a critical moment in the history of human civilization and have a choice of monumental importance to make. Are we or are we not going to aggressively and immediately address the issue of anthropogenic global warming (AGW)? If we do, the costs might be staggering. If we don't, the consequences will be horrendous. So, how do we decide which of these choices to make? Through science we can and must learn what Mother Nature will do in response to the impact of man. Therefore, the primary goal of Thoughts of a Scientist, Citizen, and Grandpa on Climate Change is to provide the general public with a basic scientific understanding of the Global Warming issue. Of course, the substantial economic and political aspects of the Global Warming issue also must be considered and this book will cover some of these topics as well.
