This book, written in six parts,describes organizational or corporate culture and its different aspects. The first part provides an overview of the different types of corporate culture and is written partly in story form about a job-hopping character. The second deals with the different parts or components which make up culture. These components are described from the perspective of an exceptionally high-performing company. The other aspects of culture dealt with include the origins and functions of culture and its relationship to financial performance amongst others.
