Is there life after Rock 'n Roll?

Two teenage friends, Michael and Paul, are bound to each other by a vow of silence born out of the knowledge that they have committed seperate murders for similar reasons. But Paul's loyaty to Michael is tested to the limit when he discovers that he is continuing an affair with Paul's mother. The friends are safe from the process of law due to circumstance but are not free from the terrible memories of their actions. Like a dripping tap, remorse eats away at them day and night with tragic results. Set in the turbulent world of 1958, a world of rock 'n roll music, girls, motorbikes and coffee bars this sequel follows a gang of teddyboys as they continue to thumb their noses at society and live life as if there were no tommorrow. The deep friendship that binds the gang together sustains them through all that they experience, but is not enough to salve the conscience of either Paul or Michael. Humour and despair jostle each other as the story unfolds.
