Description

Try God . . . Again was placed on my heart to be released for the purpose of bridging gaps between Leaders & Congregations who've been affected by hurtful situations within ministry. This literary work explores scriptures, giving insight and accountability to both sides of ministry conflicts, while encouraging and promoting healing and active reconciliation. It is a great tool for any leader in ministry desiring to grow in compassion and consideration for their ministry members, for church goers seeking to better understand and support leadership and for healing to those who have been disappointed within ministry, encouraging them to examine what transpired while giving God & His ministry another chance. While we question what causes people to leave our churches and ministries, we have yet to openly and honestly address this particular cause. There are many Christians who forsake ministry because they find themselves getting hurt in the church. The Church Hurt is a silent, yet effective killer of our members and ministries that must be acknowledged, then addressed and abandoned. Often times the disappointment and pain experienced in these situations is far worse than any encounter with that of an enemy. Those let-downs and injuries are so deep and strong that people pull away, not only from the ministry where the conflict occurred, but from our God. My goal is to be transparent and share my testimony, the stages of recovery that God led me through, and the revelations He released in my spirit throughout that time. My prayer is this piece of Healing Writes releases a life changing revival in those who have walked away from ministry, as well as in those who lead in ministry. If you or a loved one has been involved in a similar situation, I pray that this book helps to initiate the process of healing.
