Friday in New Orleans 2: Bistro

The second volume of the Friday in New Orleans series "Bistro" focuses on rustic recipes using more vegetables and more spices. The emphasis is more on the French influences of New Orleans cuisine. Once again the famous Royal street flavor system is employed here in recipes anybody can make and enjoy.
