Y.P.C. Agent 99.0 Volume 1: The Revenger

Thirteen-year-old Katrina Sharn and her friends are some of the youngest officers in Memphis' new Youth Police Corporation. Together they help solve crimes and bring criminals to justice. However, on a very important summer assignment Katrina and her friends encounter Kordon Philips, an excaped criminal who calls himself "The Revenger" and is set on taking his revenge on Katrina and her friends.
