From peaceful historical interludes to the progression of paroxysm, explanations of events are often tethered to biblical interpretations. Theologians are able to amalgamate a coincidence with divinity to better suit their motives and ambitions. With willing and eager believers hanging on their every word, it is easy to see why these panhandlers are so successful in building a religious Shangri-La.
