The Authentic Self in Educational Leadership is a self-reflective journey as one graduate student seeks to answer the questions, "What does it mean to be an authentic educational leader?"Â Queries into this topic led to the study of the Life Stages of An Adult Learner, Transformative Learning, Education, Professional Education Programs, and Leadership Development. Parallel to this research, DuBois created a graduate level academic program to guide future educators in the development of becoming authentic educational leaders.
