Pod Theory: A Psychological (P1) And Philosophical (P2) Theory Of Tolerance And Selflessness

There are two P's in POD theory: P1 and P2 -This book posits a view of human behaviour based on the hypothesis that all overt behaviour is tolerant. Initially I discuss the basic principles that define P1 theory and then apply these understandings to a number of behavioural conditions. My intention is to show that the application of the theory adds value to our understanding of human behaviour and that the ideas expressed are internally consistent and relevant. P2 theory, on the other hand, takes the concept that we, as differentiated beings, are at some level undifferentiated - and see where it leads. My initial concern was that P1 fails to satisfy on the subject of moral values in that it does not explain the diversity found within a population, and that this idea of oneness may be the key to providing a solution. On my journey I touch on and play with many concepts, both simple and complex, ranging from theological and cosmological to social and individual. The investigation and exposition of such philosophical ideas has afforded me a greater insight into human behaviour and it is my hope that you will take the time and opportunity to agree or disagree with the ideas and views expressed.
