Keep your eyes focused on the prize: Losing weight (s) - "battle of the bulge"

Keep your eyes focused on the prize was inspired by my desire to lose weight (s) - both physical and spiritual, and get in shape. This writing was commissioned to show men and women the Light, as to how they can overcome the "battle of the bulge" lose both physical and spiritual weight (s) that can weigh them down and/or cause them to suffer other negative effects such as the loss of self esteem and their dreams. The contents of the text is written in poetry form, with the intent to be enlightening, entertaining, encouraging and stirring, and hopefully life changing, with references from several scriptures from the KJV of the Bible, as well as several reveals of my own experience (s), journey and testimonies that attest to how I carried weight (s), lost weight (s) and my continued endeavor to get in better shape.
