The Rising Shades

Imagine having the weight of a thousand worlds dumped onto your shoulders. That’s exactly what happens to Elani Williamson, an easy-going, teenage girl with increasingly unnerving magical powers, when she is kidnapped by a strange group of radicals who tell her she is the last of a great race of heroes. Everything Elani knows turns out to be a lie when she enters a world of magic, mayhem, and treachery.
