A User's Guide to the Old Testament: From the Pages of the Old Testament to the Places Where We Live

The ark of the covenant....There's a lot in the Old Testament that's hard to understand. This makes applying it even harder. A User's Guide walks the reader through the key principles and ideas that open up the Old Testament and help bring it to life. Part One explores key themes to help understand it as a whole. Part Two looks at the five main types of Old Testament writing and how we should apply each of them. The goal is to become good readers of our Old Testament so that we can respond to it the way God intends. Daniel J.
