Towards Understanding A Man is a book that is based on explaining the nature of a man and what man expects when it comes to being in a relationship and building a family. It has been written in a novel form and with some poetry to make it the first or one of the first poetry novel books written. The book talks about man's relationship with his woman and how he approaches women from the mental stimulation to the sexual stimulation. The dialogue in the book does get explicit and the poetry is very graphic and it is done that way because this book is for adults only and not meant for anyone under age. Towards Understanding A Man also touches base with the different aspects of a woman and how man see's woman and how he must learn to respect the nature of a woman and not to just merely be with her for sexual purposes or as a mere play thing.
