Due to late 21st-Century experiments in genetic engineering, the future Earth is ruled by hybrid creatures made of both beast and man. The beast-men are wise, and form governments, which they pit against each other. Constantly, the nations of non-men war against one another over land and resources, such as lakes, rivers, and human slaves. In this beast’s world, there stands one human kingdom, struggling to survive against their ferocious adversity. Firestone Castle is the only human stronghold left in a world dominated by the humanoids bent on its destruction. Winged generals and reptilian lords surround the home of the Goldenheart King, in hopes of destroying him, and finally ending his bloodline.
