Madame's Journey Home

A young boy and his mother find an injured Monarch butterfly , while gathering pumpkins in the fall , for farmers market. They develop a special relationship with her. Their love and respect build as they care for her over many months. They decide to help her on her journey home. This is a wholehearted true story told from the boy, Antwan's, perspective and richly illustrated, with simplicity and humor, by his artist mother, Mariosa Antwan, also an artist, collaborated and consulted on the artwork.
