Master Recipes: Essential ingredients in over 2,000 dishes

This book tries to give the master recipe for over two thousand of the most popular recipes published on the Internet. This book is the output of a computer program which has around a million recipes in it database. It uses that data to determine which ingredients are essential in a recipe, and in what ratio they should be used. I wrote this book because whenever I wanted to cook something, I would end up looking at many recipes, seeing what was essential, and experiment from there. Hopefully you can jump straight to experimenting.
