The Eating Enigma

The Eating Enigma explores the massive spike in obesity and diabetes among adults and children in the nearly forty years that high fructose corn syrup and other sugars have been added to soft drinks, sport drinks, and processed foods. Diet is, in fact, the root cause of much of our health problems in the twenty-first century. The Eating Enigma provides factual, research-based evidence to show that we can stave off type 2 diabetes, avoid becoming obese, and maintain good health naturally by eating according to our nutritional type and feeding our bodies the nutrients they need. The Eating Enigma also quotes Dr Robert Lustig's paper, "The Fructose Epidemic," with his full permission, and uses it as the foundation that supports these findings.
