The premis of this thesis is the inevitable evolution of the holistic quality system as exemplified by the author's definition - Planning and implementation of a integrated systematic approach designed to: understand the perceived expectations of our internal and external customers; monitor and feedback the status of humanistic and technical subsystems; and facilitate enduring corrective actions focused towards continuous improvements, constrained by profitability and balanced by maximizing the health and happiness of employees while minimizing losses to society and negative ecological impact. The original thesis was typewritten on a regular typewriter, so any errors, or omissions, including typos, or those created in the “translation,” have been left as is. Several exhibits have been removed because the author has considered them inappropriate for this edition.
