The Surreal Killer

After a long successful litigation battle, murder everywhere was punishable by death. The world took a stand and eradicated the very act, that is, until Detective Kaitlynn Barr and her partner, Detective Aaron Bell drop into a whirlpool of serial killings. Despite the advanced technology of the age, this serial killer cannot be caught. Forcing the detectives into mind games and self doubt, the killer strikes every six months on the dot. The investigation turns sour as it points to one of their own and even Kaitlynn's sister who has mysteriously come back from the dead.
