The workouts, philosophy, and opinions contained within are not intended for mass consumption and may even be difficult to digest for some. Our mission statement has been reiterated on the website repetitively. Neither myself, nor my partner are professing any exclusive rights to the truth about fitness; instead, we are engaged in a witch hunt or unfettered pursuit of personal progress and knowledge. Our product is a reflection of an unadulterated adventure traversing parallel paths. This is a documented journey of two men dissecting the corpus of personal improvement and the philosophical implications of each different road we've paved. If others find success utilizing methods and techniques pioneered or executed here, that is a circumstantial, yet, beneficial bi-product of our existence.?
