Moose in a Flight Simulator: The Collected Poetry (?) of Lex Fonteyne -- and Some Other Stuff

Lex Fonteyne has been writing poetry for years, for no apparent reason. Some of these poems have even been published in two of his previous books, "Moving Parts" and "True Colors." Now, as if to mock the very essence of the poetic form, he has decided to release all of his poetry in one volume. Was this wise? No, but people have gotten away with worse stuff. Also, since there really weren't enough poems to fill a whole book, he has included some essays and short stories to flesh the whole thing out. And there's a section called "On Writing," where he talks about his own procedures and methodologies for creating whatever this is....
