Gracie Hansen was a wife, a mother but also one who went out into the world to entertain. From her humble beginnings putting on 'shows' in her mother's garage to staging the Morton Follies in Morton, Washington to bring the '62 World's Fair the Gracie Hansen's Paradise Pavilion and become the reigning Queen of the World's Fair as well as run a 500 seat Las Vegas-style theatre in Portland this woman packed a lot in 62 years of her life. She also ran for Governor of Oregon in 1970!
