The examples are from various service type industries and functions and provides a broad perspective of the tool or concept. The examples will be the driving force throughout the presentation. However, if you desire a more focused presentation just for your service industry (e.g., retail, financial, entertainment, hospitality, etc.) , then simply remove the appropriate slides or examples that do not relate to your industry and add others the main content of the tool will be the same, the application may be a bit different. It is also highly recommended that you do supplement this presentation with examples from your organization. Each of the 50+ tools and concepts will be conveyed in a standard format.
