He studied Old Testament theology at the Yeshiva Hebrew Academy in New Haven, Conn., philosophy and political science at the University of California, Berkeley and UCLA. Mr. Zelikovsky continued his studies in Europe at the Vienna University of Economics, specializing in information theory. He co-founded and directed the Vienna Metaphysical Society and is president of the Metaphysical Society of Switzerland.
