Dominique vs. The Light

At fourteen, Dominique Peril is already one of the best agents of the GSI. Every day, though, the shy, lonely girl struggles to cope with her abused past and low esteem. After returning from a dangerous mission, Dominique is given a new assignment: to find a kidnapped military scientist and discover his abductors. Her only clues are the threats of a religio-political cult and the scientist's son, an eight-year-old bio-robot. To protect this unique boy, Dominique must face robot men, a traitor within the agency, and a celebrity terrorist, all while uncovering a sinister plot to destroy mankind. With the voice in her mind as unrelentingly cruel as ever, she will have to overcome her inner demons first.
