A return trip into an uncharted, off-limits nebula leads to the rescue crew becoming involved in the largest surface battle in space history. This story centers on how the crew of the Union Jack complete the mission in a hostile environment. The planet is always in twilight. The four races are at war with each other. In that the crew has to find a needle in a hay stack.
