My Thrilled Journey in the Stream is my passage amongst the happenings around me especially about the medical facilities not available to the poor which is refused to give by the well educated professionals and making their profession as the business oriented by the most educated professionals.The author is himself experienced of my own experience from the said well educated professionals by keeping their own clinics even without having the adequate facilities which are supposed to have compared with other standard clinics say as Hospitals. Now author experiences and come to know about them and the torture made to the poor and the motto of the such clinics and the share of the Government and the respective top of their monitoring organidsations and how they behave with such default clinics and why the fault is made by the authorities but what are the remedy available for it is the only chapter by the author is "My Thrilled Journey in the Stream"
