Ziz
Description
Ziz is an adventure novel in the lyrical style of Dante's Divine Comedy. Tom Durante, after giving up on the priesthood, has no idea what to do with himself. He accepts a job with the eccentric and unstable Professor Enid, expecting nothing more than some simple translation work. What he finds instead is a world-spanning quest to find the mythical beast Behemoth, the sea monster Leviathan, and the great bird Ziz. Along the way, he makes a host of strange friends, comes face-to-face with a range of bizarre creatures, and learns what really matters in his life.
Ziz is a novel about love, courage, confidence, and the age-old question of whether you should trust a guy with no head.
