A Single Gringa In Mexico

I have been traveling to Mexico since 81, living here since 94 part time and 99 full time. I have traveled this country by bus, plane, car and across almost all of the borders. I have owned homes or rented in Ajijic, San Miguel de Allende, Ensenada and Puerto Nuevo. I have since that first visit felt that Mexico would be my home always comparing it thereafter to any of the 73 countries I visited. I fell asleep and woke up in 81 in Merida to a solar flare on the sacrificial alter with the words coming out of my mouth, "I am home". For me it is important to give back to my host country or home country with good news and information about it to entice others to move or visit here.
