Blood Lust Rising

Sarah-Ann Von Payne is a natural Sang Vampire working at a local hospital. She deals with her blood fetish quietly and privately. One day she samples from a friend, who dies suddenly. She is devastated and tries to change her ways. Sad and confused, she meets a stranger who has a blood lust as well. They have a brief affair where she is brought into the world of vampires that she read about but had only imagined. She meets a group of vampires and interacts with them no longer feeling like she is all alone. She also discovers that she, literally, is of royal blood. Thrust into a new life, she has to reconcile the past and embrace the future and answer for the death of her friend. Where will her quest take her?
