This is a collection of sayings and nuggets of wisdom that every father should teach their sons. If my father had purposefully taught me these things while I was growing up, my life would have been much easier and I would have achieved and taken advantage of so much more much earlier in life. As we live our lives stuff happens. And in the frenzy of the moment we as men often forget that our thoughts, words and actions can impact others deeply and profoundly simply because we are men. Men are powerful. Many of the sayings in this workbook provide answers to questions that we as men don't really want to ask because it is assumed we already know the answer, or we are so tough that it doesn't matter. This workbook is a safe place to ask those hard questions. Regardless of your age or background it is my hope that this book, at least on some small level, can fill in some of the gaps our fathers or guardians unintentionally might have left in our hearts and minds.
