Job meets Elihu: Job's Mediator and Answer to Prayer

Job, a very righteous, prosperous, and arrogant man, is devastated after losing his wealth and health almost overnight. His three friends try to help him through his ordeal, but their ineptness leads to Job’s increasing anger directed at them and at God. The debate continues to deteriorate as his friends are unable to calm Job, but a puzzling character named Elihu enters the fray with shocking credentials and fresh insights that silence Job and his friends. Elihu prepares the way for Job’s meeting with the Almighty, and circumstances are reversed once Job humbles himself.
