SCIFS and Synchronicities

This book is about SCIFs and synchronicities in the author's life. A SCIF is, in U. S. security and intelligence parlance, a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, (pronounced ‘skiff’). A SCIF is a ‘lock-up’ where Top Secret work is done. Synchronicities are those mysterious and, at the time, unexplainable things that occur against seemingly impossible odds. Synchronicities are different from coincidences, in that they have a special meaning to the observer.
