After Invasion

They came without warning, leveling cities, kidnapping unwilling victims, and leaving few survivors behind. The initial invasion might be over but the real battle for survival has only begun. Forest has never had much of a purpose in life. He can’t hold down a job and besides writing fantasy novels his life lacks all meaning, until he loses his parents, friends, and way of life. Now, without humanities constraints he must find the will to survive and fight off the alien Grays who search the remote areas of the planet nightly, hunting for those who have escaped their grasp. When Forest intercepts a CB radio transmission he learns of a group of survivors in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Abandoning the safety of his home, Forest embarks on a quest to find others like him and survive among the ruins of a dismantled earth.
