This book is a collection of over 900 proverbs or truths. If you search online or any bookstore, you will find plenty of other collections by well-meaning souls, some established authors looking for more income, while others are professors, intent to comment on the wisdom of the sages. I am neither. I am the guy who went through a devastating experience and who searched for answers because those I used to have didn t work anymore. I am the guy who needed wisdom, advice, suggestions on how to live the rest of my life because I was at a point where No hope crosses paths with It s not worth it. I needed help, and I found it. This is my attempt to direct myself back to The Way, my search to find meaning, my search for answers, my search for happiness. I discovered that many others have faced frustrations, and survived. And, it is their words that helped me. Scholars define wisdom as the acquired learning from life s experiences. Well, it is obvious to me that many wise men and women have experienced pain and loss, and found a way to get through it. Here are a few things they pointed out to me: Life isn t about finding yourself; it is about creating yourself. The meaning of life is to give life meaning. Doing what you like is freedom; liking what you do is happiness. The problem is not that there are problems; the problem is expecting otherwise, and thinking that having problems is a problem.
