Beth and Leda are used to rescuing their flatmate Jackie, from her romantic disasters. but when she meets the devastatlingly handsome, eco-warrior, Jed, and moves to Boncath, a remote farmhouse on the Welsh coast, then their troubles really begin. The offer of a holiday there seems a golden opportunity to check up on their friend, but Beth and Leda soon discover that life at Boncath is anything but, and that Jed's handsome face hides a sinister, manipulative character with a malicious sense of humour. Morgan Llewellyn is a neighbouring farmer, and Jed's arch-enemy. Beth finds romance with him, but she's a city girl and he's country born and bred. How can their love ever work out? As the weeks go on, the girls find themselves facing an increasing menace, which ends in a fight for survival.
