I Am Papa: In the game of life, you've no choice but to play

Every adverse circumstance gives birth to a Hero. The protagonist of 'I am Papa' is a retired Professor, who lives an idealistic life, and who is looking forward to a lazy retired life with his family. He suddenly faces the most challenging situation of his life. His teenage son disappears without a trace. All he leaves behind is a letter addressed to his father. The Prof. must now find his son. He steps up to the job. Forced to compromise on everything he has always stood for, he enters the murky world of the merchants of 'peace', organized prostitution rings and travels to the US in search of his son. The writer's responsibility in this thriller has been to make sure that the character of the Professor remains true-to-life and believable. This is not a Hero with a cape who can fly, but a common man, pretty helpless, but persistent, brave and unrelenting. The writer hopes that the reader will enjoy the book. Writers thrive on feedback.
