A Shot For The Blues Detective

Otis King, Memphis' Number One Welsh Blues Detective faces his toughest, most dangerous and longest case. The death of a notorious figure on the Memphis music scene opens a can of juicy and spiteful worms which threaten to overwhelm the sardonic sleuth. People continue to turn up messily deceased, so Otis is forced to seek assistance from people he'd rather never see again. Who are the mysterious ice-cream men? Who's the blonde in the veil? Who's the blonde in the boots? Who's the blonde in the bed? Will there be enough L'Oreal #10 for all of them? As usual Otis does his level best to keep out of trouble and concentrate on playing The Righteous Blues....but that can be difficult with a .38 bullethole in the forehead.
