Emma Brooks is a southern belle born and raised. When she decides to go to Columbia University to study for her career as a lawyer she discovers that she isn't only a southern belle. She makes friends that help her to see that New York City is where she wants to be. When she meets Nate Wallace, she starts to question herself and discover who she is more. The problem is Nate's a senior and is set on going to Hopkins at the end of the year. Can they make it in the end?
