An articulated Vertical Axis Wind Turbine

This document has been prepared to review and analyze a unique version of a drag type of wind turbine that utilizes the energy in low wind speeds in the range of 2 mph to 15 mph. This document will investigate the design of such a turbine and offer ideas and experimental verification of this design.
